About Our Service

EzeeCredits Financial Services is a Direct Selling Agent (DSA), a facilitator that helps you compare and apply for loan products offered by our partner banks and NBFCs. We are not a bank, an NBFC, or a lender. We do not lend money, we do not disburse loans, and we do not decide whether your application is approved.

Who Can Use Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in India to use our services and to apply for a loan through us. By contacting us you confirm that you meet these conditions, and that you are applying on your own behalf or are authorised to act for the applicant.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this website or our services.

No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting an enquiry or an application through us does not guarantee that a loan will be approved. The final decision, the interest rate, the tenure, the sanctioned amount, and every other term are set solely by the lender under its own credit policy and assessment. We do not influence that decision and cannot commit on any lender's behalf.

Fees and How We Are Paid

There is no upfront cost to you for our facilitation service. As a DSA, we are paid a commission by the lender when a loan we have facilitated is disbursed. That is the standard arrangement in this business, and it does not add to your loan amount.

If any charge to you is ever applicable, we will tell you what it is and why, in writing, before you proceed, never afterwards. Charges levied by the lender itself, such as processing fees, documentation charges, or stamp duty, are set by that lender and disclosed in its sanction letter and loan agreement.

We Never Ask for Advance Payment

We will never ask you to transfer money to secure a loan, to release a sanction, to improve your credit score, or to speed up an approval. We will never ask for your net banking password, card PIN, CVV, or an OTP. If someone contacts you claiming to represent EzeeCredits and asks for any of these, it is not us. Do not pay, and please report it to us straight away using the details on our Contact page.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to give us accurate and complete information, and to tell us if something changes while your application is in progress. Lenders verify what is submitted. Incorrect or misleading information is likely to lead to rejection, and a rejected application leaves a record on your credit file that can affect future borrowing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website or our services to submit an application in someone else's name without their authority, to submit forged or altered documents, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this site, or for any unlawful purpose.

Calculators and Estimates

The EMI and eligibility calculators on this site are planning tools. They work from the figures you enter and from general assumptions about interest rates and lender benchmarks. They are not an offer, a quote, or a sanction. Your actual EMI, eligible amount, interest rate, and charges are decided by the lender after its own assessment and may differ from what a calculator shows.

Third-Party Lender Terms

Once your application is submitted to a partner lender, that lender's own terms, interest rates, and policies govern the loan and your relationship with it. We are not a party to the loan agreement between you and the lender, and we are not responsible for a lender's decisions, service levels, processing times, or the terms it offers. Read the sanction letter and loan agreement carefully before you sign.

The content on this site is general information about our services. It is not financial, legal, or tax advice. Interest rates, eligibility criteria, and document requirements shown here are indicative, change often, and are set by the lenders rather than by us.

The text, design, logo, and other material on this site belong to EzeeCredits Financial Services and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to match you with a suitable lender and to support your application through the process. We do not guarantee outcomes, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from a lender's decision or delay, from the terms of a loan you choose to accept, from reliance on indicative information or calculator estimates on this site, or from the site being temporarily unavailable.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, or expense arising from information you have given us that turns out to be false or misleading, or from your use of our services in breach of these terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of them continue to apply.
