A Direct Selling Agent (DSA) is a facilitator who helps you compare and apply for loans from partner banks and NBFCs. We don't lend money ourselves; we guide your application to the lender best suited to your profile and support you through approval and disbursal.
Our facilitation service carries no fee to you until your loan is approved and disbursed. Any applicable charges are disclosed upfront before you proceed with an application.
We work with a panel of partner banks and NBFCs. The specific lender we recommend depends on your loan type, amount, and eligibility profile.
Timelines vary by lender, loan type, and how quickly documents are submitted. We'll give you a realistic estimate once we understand your requirement.
Lenders typically look at income, credit score, existing obligations, employment or business stability, and the loan amount requested. Our eligibility calculator gives an indicative estimate; the lender's own assessment is final.
No. Final approval, interest rate, and terms are determined solely by the lender based on their credit policy. We help you present the strongest possible application, but approval is never guaranteed.
This varies by loan type. Common documents include PAN and Aadhaar, income proof, and bank statements. See our Documents Required page for a checklist by loan type, or message us your specific case.
You can still apply, though a lower credit score may limit which lenders are willing to offer you a loan, or affect the interest rate offered. We'll be upfront with you about your options.
We're paid a commission by the lender once your loan is disbursed, similar to how an insurance or real estate agent is compensated. This does not add to your interest rate or fees.
The lender reviews your application and documents, and may reach out for verification or additional information. We stay involved and follow up on your behalf until a decision is made.
Some of our partner lenders do offer NRI loan products, though eligibility criteria and documentation differ from resident applicants. Contact us to check current NRI lending options.
You can reach us directly through the contact details on our Contact page. For issues specific to a lender's decision or servicing, we'll help route your concern to the right team at that lender.
