Who We Are
EzeeCredits Financial Services is a loan facilitator, or Direct Selling Agent, based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
What We Collect
We collect only what you give us directly when you contact us about a loan. Depending on how you reach us and what you are applying for, that may include:
- Your name and phone number
- Your email address, if you choose to write to us
- The loan type and amount you are looking for
- Income, employment or business details, and existing loan obligations, where these are needed to judge which lender fits your profile
- Documents you share with us in support of an application, such as identity, address, income, or property papers
What We Do Not Collect
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or visitor tracking on this website, and we do not build a profile of your browsing. We also do not ask for, and you should never send us, your net banking password, card PIN, CVV, or any OTP.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiry and understand what you need
- To judge which of our partner lenders is a reasonable fit for your profile before an application is submitted
- To share your application details with the specific partner bank or NBFC you choose to proceed with
- To keep you updated on the status of your application and to follow it up with the lender on your behalf
- To meet record-keeping obligations that apply to us
Sharing With Partner Lenders
Sharing your details with lenders is the core of what we do, so it is worth being explicit about it. When you decide to proceed with a particular bank or NBFC, we pass on the information that lender needs to assess your application. We share only what is necessary, and only with lenders relevant to the loan you have asked about.
Once your details reach a lender, that lender is responsible for the data it holds and processes it under its own privacy policy, which we would encourage you to read before you proceed. A lender may also check your credit information with a credit bureau as part of its assessment.
WhatsApp and Other Third-Party Services
Most of the contact options on this site open a WhatsApp conversation. The enquiry form on our Contact page works the same way: it builds a prefilled message in WhatsApp rather than sending anything to a server of ours. If you send that message, its contents and your phone number are processed by WhatsApp under Meta's own privacy policy and terms. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, you can call or email us instead using the details on our Contact page.
Our Contact page also embeds a Google Maps frame so you can find our office. Loading that map involves a request to Google, which will receive your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy. Nothing else on this site loads content from a third party.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use cookies to track you. The only cookies you may encounter here are those set by Google when the embedded map on our Contact page loads. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings.
How We Protect Your Information
We maintain reasonable security safeguards to protect the personal data we hold against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss, and we limit access to the people who need it to work on your application. This site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but if a personal data breach does occur we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and the affected individuals, as required under the DPDP Act, 2023.
Data Retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose you gave it to us for, or for as long as we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or accounting reasons. When you withdraw consent, or the purpose is served and no retention obligation applies, we will erase it. Note that a lender you have already applied to will hold its own copy under its own policy, which we cannot erase on your behalf.
Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights over your personal data. To exercise any of them, contact our Grievance Officer using the details below.
- Access: to ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we have shared it with
- Correction: to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, completed, or updated
- Erasure: to have your data deleted where we are not required to keep it
- Withdrawal of consent: to withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already carried out, and may mean we can no longer progress an application for you
- Nomination: to nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity
- Grievance redressal: to raise a complaint with us about how your data has been handled
Children's Data
Our services are meant for individuals aged 18 and above, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child's data has been shared with us, contact us and we will delete it.
Grievance Officer
If you have a question or a complaint about how we handle your personal data, you can reach our Grievance Officer at info@ezeecredits.com or on +91 63981 38801. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within the timelines prescribed under applicable law.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the complaint to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The last updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Where a change is significant, we will say so rather than relying on the date alone.
